Amongst many other benefits, yoga can help improve your mental well-being. As part of our wellness focus in April, JCI Edinburgh is looking forward to bringing you a virtual yoga session with local yoga teacher Kate.
Join us at this 45 minute session, where we will practice some breath work, journey through a gentle flow that will strengthen and lengthen our muscles and finish with a guided meditation on being present. So that we have a little bit of space to hear our soul.
