Approaching your Job Search with Positivity, Purpose, Passion and Preparation

JCI Aberdeen & Mark Dalgarno (See-Me Employability Coaching) invite you to the next event under the ‘exCEEd expectations series’!
This talk is part of JCI Aberdeen’s exCEEd expectations series, a programme comprised of in-person training, keynotes, talks, workshops and panel discussions from experts who excel in and are passionate about Careers, Employability and Entrepreneurship.
Description:
In this, we’ll talk through how approaching job hunting positively can bring positive results.
Looking for a new role, getting your CV ready, preparing for interviews and receiving feedback can be challenging. But in this, we’ll look at the benefits that exist at every stage of your career search. We’ll spend time looking at your approach, deep diving into how to define your employee brand, realising your potential & pinpointing your career goals.
Having employability skills is vital for your career. I want you to forget the ‘what if’s’ and focus on the ‘what can’s’. My mission is to get you employability ready, recognise your skills and look forward to hitting the send button. Giving you the control to do it, for you.
About The Speaker:
Mark Dalgarno has been working in Recruitment for over 10 years across various sectors and loves nothing more than supporting people in their careers.
Through Employability coaching, Mark wants people to recognise how truly incredible they are, get them where they want to be in their careers and approach job hunting with confidence.
He set up See-Me Employability Coaching in 2021 with the view to help as many people as possible across the North East of Scotland see job hunting as a positive experience; that it provides more benefit to us than simply landing the job.
Mark provides coaching on how to approach defining your career goals, getting your CV to be something you enjoy reading, as well advice on how to stand out to hiring managers, get interview ready and how you can use feedback to your advantage.
