JCI Aberdeen and Coach Ehsan Ghavimi would like to invite you to an immersive workshop on Being A Confident and Impactful Leader!

Summary:

You’ve never experienced anything like this. This is a total immersion experience. It’s about transformation, not information. There’s no script. I work with what you bring. You’re the script. The immersion is uniquely tailored to you. You’ll connect deeply with a group of like-minded people. You’ll discover what’s holding you back from being a confident and impactful leader. You’ll work on what’s holding you back and take your leadership skills to the next level. The immersion is limited to 10 people.

Description:

Does this sound like you?

● You’re a young leader or you’re aspiring to become a young leader.

● You’re ambitious and want to make an impact in the world.

● You’re committed to being the best that you can be in every area of your life.

● You value your personal and professional growth.

● You’re curious and love to learn.

● You’re open and coachable, and are willing to discover your blind spots and work on them.

But something is holding you back from being a confident and impactful leader.

● You may have moved to Aberdeen from a different country and are struggling to adapt to the different ways in which people communicate in the workplace.

● You may have been promoted to a leadership role and are struggling to adapt because you haven’t had leadership training.

● You may be the leader of a team that is performing poorly. Your team may be unmotivated, suffering from low morale and missing targets.

● You may be struggling to be assertive. You say yes when you actually mean no and overwhelm yourself because you’ve taken on more than you can handle. You feel uncomfortable saying no or asking for what you want, especially when you’re talking to someone who is more senior than you.

● You may struggle to have difficult conversations that are important. You feel uncomfortable holding people accountable, setting boundaries or saying no. As a result, small problems escalate and become big problems.

● You may always be busy and in a rush, but you don’t create the results that you want.

If that sounds like you, then this immersion is for you. Bring your biggest challenge and I’ll help you work on it so that you can take your leadership skills to the next level.

About Your Coach

I’m Ehsan Ghavimi. I’ve hit rock bottom. I’ve felt like my life doesn’t have any meaning. I’ve felt hopeless and lost. I’ve had an identity crisis. I’ve been viciously hard on myself. I’ve had a crippling fear of public speaking. I’ve struggled to find my voice and express myself.

I’ve also crawled out of rock bottom. I’ve worked with some of the world’s top coaches and found meaning in my life. I’ve found my path. I’ve discovered who I really am. I’ve learned to love myself. I’ve overcome my fear of public speaking and given a TEDx Talk. I’ve found my voice and learned to express myself. I’ve coached clients throughout the world to create powerful and life-changing results in their personal and professional lives.

I’ve come a long way and I’m not perfect. I’m human. I make mistakes. I still have challenges. I’m still working on myself. I always will be. If I’ve learned one thing in my life, it’s this: if I can transform my life from where I started out, anyone can. Especially you.

You can find out my story by watching my TEDx Talk: The Story of an Improviser.
