JCI Aberdeen and Cranston Engineering would like to invite you to a training session on Introduction to Hybrid Agile with Peter Cranston!

  • Hybrid Agile

What is Hybrid Agile?

Most people have heard of Agile. Many have tried it and found it lacking but many projects do not fit well into the traditional, predictive project management model. Hybrid Agile gives a way of merging the strengths of the two to deliver what the project needs.

How and why do we use it?

Peter will explore how the tools and techniques of each approach can be blended to give a highly effective way to manage projects that don’t fit into Predictive or Agile processes.

Case Study of Practical Application

The above discussion will be supported with a practical example of the application of Hybrid Agile in a real situation.

  • Additional Information on Hybrid Agile

Hybrid Agile is a relatively new project management concept that is gaining traction. The approach is not Oil and Gas specific and can be applied to any business where there is a repeating work process (i.e. procurement, subcontracts, fabrication, annual company accounts, etc.). Therefore, those outwith the Oil and Gas sector are also very welcome to attend and will benefit from this session!
