Join us for an engaging afternoon focused on understanding and managing stress through movement and mindset.
This event is designed to help you feel more in control of stress, learn practical tools to support your wellbeing, and boost your energy – all in a relaxed and supportive environment.
What to Expect
Our session is split into two parts, with a short break in between:
Part 1: Understanding Stress
An interactive workshop exploring what stress is, how it impacts your wellbeing, and strategies to manage it.
Part 2: Move to Manage Stress
A full-body, stress-busting fitness class that combines movement and weights to help release tension and leave you feeling recharged.
Suitable for all fitness levels – no gym experience needed! You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace and use weights that feel right for you.
What to Bring
• A water bottle – stay hydrated!
• Comfortable clothing – something you can move easily in.
• Notepad and pen – to jot down useful tips and ideas during the workshop.
