Personal Transformation Mastery Workshop
JCI Aberdeen, in collaboration with Superhuman In You, would like to invite you to a workshop on Personal Transformation Mastery!
This workshop is part of JCI Aberdeen’s exCEEd expectations series, a programme comprised of in-person training, keynotes, talks, workshops and panel discussions from experts who excel in and are passionate about Careers, Employability and Entrepreneurship.

About the Workshop:
We live in an information age where information is available to all of us. Our problem is not information or strategy. Most of us know what we need to do; the question is what we would do. Our problem is implementation and awareness. Everything in life is our creation. We create our health, our relationships, our work/business, and even our experience of life. The mistake most people make is they are always trying to fix the creation without giving enough attention to the creator. Two things are important when you want to achieve your personal and professional goals – Doing: Things that you need to do, and Being: Person that you need to be. This workshop is about how to become that person.
In this Personal Transformation Mastery Workshop, Anurag Rai will help you with the following:
- Get clarity on what kind of person you need to be to achieve your personal and professional goals.
- What’s preventing you from showing up as that person?
- Why is change hard, and how to make it accessible?
- How to achieve Personal Transformation?
- How does our Mind work, and how to manage it so it works for us and not against us?
About The Speaker:
Anurag Rai is the founder of Superhuman In You, a best-selling author, award-winning coach, master NLP practitioner, and organisational psychologist. He has been recognised as the most sought-after Executive Coach in the UK by Brainz Magazine and the most Empowering coach in Scotland by UK SME Awards.
