  • Full Conference: All activities included. Price includes Saturday lunch and the gala dinner.
  • Gala Dinner & Awards Night only: Prices includes Gala Dinner & Awards Night only.
  • Saturday Training only: Includes the full Saturday training programme and lunch. Does not include the Gala Dinner & Awards Night.
  • Saturday Social only: Includes the full Saturday social programme and lunch. Does not include the Gala Dinner & Awards Night.

There are several accommodation options near the Royal Northern & University Club. Please note that there are no designated hotels for all attendees (unless you are a JCI Vice-President, National President or a Chief Delegate). All options below are recommendations only—we do not earn a commission or any form of compensation for suggesting these hotels. We highly advise you to check with the accommodation provider directly for the most accurate information and to make reservations in advance to secure your preferred option.

Top choice: Holiday Inn Express Aberdeen City Centre

  • Address: 29-43 Chapel Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1SQ, United Kingdom
  • About a 6-minute walk from the conference venue
  • This hotel is right in Aberdeen’s West End, half a mile from the main rail and bus stations and 20 minutes by taxi from Aberdeen Airport (ABZ). The hotel is just around the corner from Union Street, Aberdeen’s premier shopping destination with lively bars, restaurants and theatres.

The Chester Hotel

  • About a 19-minute walk from the conference venue
  • A luxurious boutique hotel offering elegant rooms and suites, fine dining options, and modern amenities. This hotel boasts stylish decor and personalized service, making it a popular choice for both business and leisure travellers.

Leonardo Hotel Aberdeen

  • Address: Union Square, Guild St, Aberdeen AB11 5RG
  • About a 20-minute walk from the conference venue
  • Located adjacent to Aberdeen’s train station and within walking distance of major attractions, Leonardo Hotel Aberdeen offers comfortable accommodations, a relaxed atmosphere, and convenient access to shopping and dining options.

Getting to the Mercure Hotel Aberdeen (Friday venue):

  • From Aberdeen Airport: Hop into a taxi right outside the airport terminal and enjoy a swift journey to the Mercure Hotel. It’s just a short ride away.
  • From Aberdeen Train Station: If you’re arriving by train, the Mercure Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the Aberdeen Train Station. Simply step out onto Guild Street, take a walk down Union Street, and you’ll find yourself at your destination in no time!
  • From Aberdeen Bus Station: Arriving by bus? The Mercure Hotel is just a quick walk from the Aberdeen Bus Station. Head towards Union Square, meander along Union Street, and turn onto Union Terrace to reach the hotel.

Getting to The Royal Northern & University Club (Saturday venue):

  • Travelling by taxi from the Aberdeen Airport: Grab your luggage and make your way to the designated taxi stands just outside the airport terminal. Inform your friendly driver that you’re headed to the Royal Northern & University Club at 9 Albyn Place. It’s a short and convenient ride from the airport!
  • Travelling via train: Upon arrival, exit the train station and head towards Guild Street. Then take a stroll along Union Street. After about a 10-minute walk, turn left onto Albyn Place. You’ll find the Royal Northern & University Club nestled on your right-hand side.
  • Travelling by bus: Upon arriving at the Aberdeen bus station, exit the station and head towards Union Square Shopping Mall. From Union Square, take a leisurely stroll down Union Street. After a pleasant 10-minute walk, turn right onto Albyn Place. You’ll find the Royal Northern & University Club awaiting you on the left-hand side.

Cancellation Policy
Tickets purchased for the JCI Scotland National Conference 2024 are refundable up until 2 weeks before the event is due to start, subject to a 10% administration fee. This allows us to confirm numbers with our suppliers. Any cancellations should be put in writing to president@jciscotland.org.uk and info@jciscotland.org.uk

Tickets can be transferred to another delegate if you can no longer attend. To be valid, this must be confirmed in writing to president@jciscotland.org.uk and info@jciscotland.org.uk at least one week before the beginning of the conference.

If, for any reason, we need to reschedule the Conference/event, then your ticket will automatically roll forward to the new date. If you cannot attend this new date then we will offer the opportunity to transfer your ticket to another delegate.

We recommend that all delegates ensure they have valid travel insurance before making any plans to attend JCI Scotland National Conference 2024. If travelling from overseas, please also be mindful of any travel restrictions from your home country to Scotland and be aware that these may change. Please contact president@jciscotland.org.uk if you are concerned about any restrictions that may affect your ability to attend.

If you need to apply for a UK Standard Visitor Visa (Business Route) for the purpose of attending the conference and need an official invitation letter to support your application, email us at president@jciscotland.org.uk and info@jciscotland.org.uk so we can furnish you with this letter. Please note we are unable to send this letter via courier, but will be more than happy to provide one via email.
