Get ready to be inspired and empowered at “Purpose is Power”, a leadership conference powered by Junior Chamber International (JCI) Scotland.

Hosted by JCI Aberdeen, the event will take place from 26th–28th September 2025 at Park Inn by Radissonin Aberdeen, Scotland.

This conference will challenge you to go beyond the surface—to learn and lead with intent, inspire through action and build impact that lasts. This also offers you the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and develop your personal and professional skills in a truly welcoming and supportive environment.

While this conference is brought to you by JCI Scotland—part of Junior Chamber International, a global, non-profit organisation that provides leadership development opportunities for young people aged 18-40—you don’t need to be a member to attend. We empower young people to develop their leadership skills through impactful local and international experiences and projects. If you’re passionate about developing your skills, being involved in community action and connecting with purpose-driven peers and leaders, this is the perfect place to start.

Whether you’re a student, entrepreneur/business owner, young professional, or just beginning your leadership journey, you are more than welcome to join. And while the daytime sessions are tailored for young leaders, the Saturday Social Track and theGala Dinner & Awards Nightare open to all.

Whether you’re already part of JCI or simply curious to learn more, this event is a fantastic way to experience the JCI spirit firsthand and discover how you can get involved—locally, nationally or globally.

Come for the conference, stay for the community.
